Preferred order mode: If you need to adapt any specific shipment mode then do inform us before placing your order.
The orders will be delivered on business days from Monday to Friday.
Within 7 to 10 working days, we begin the shipment process so that the order reaches on time.
Delivery Times are estimates. Once an order is placed, the items get dispatched in 24 to 72 hours.
Make sure you add an alternate address. If we fail to ship your package on the given address due to some reason then we can deliver the package on the alternate address.
Customer not available: If you are not available at your given address or we do not find anyone then we will give a second try and leave a notification.
If the customer is not able to provide his/her identity proof, and then the company has all the rights to withhold the delivery of the shipment.
Packaging of orders:
To safeguard the privacy of customers, products are delivered in carefully concealed packaging that gives no information about what is contained inside.
Delay in your order can happen due to any reason that is beyond our control for example problems with the postal service. Deliveries may take longer time to arrive if we are experiencing a high amount of order.
If you have not received the order within the given time, then the order is deemed lost. In this case, please contact our customer support team to report a lost order. A refund or replacement will be issued.
